Our computer systems are currently based in the United States, so your Personal Information will be processed by us in the United States. In accordance with applicable law,

When not using single sign-on, you will also specify a password. For example, if you use Google single sign-on, you authorize AnswerStage to create an account that is identified with your Google
credentials and, in this case, you do not need to create a new password since you will authenticate yourself using your Google credentials.
Even if you aren’t signed in to a AnswerStage Account, you might choose to provide us with information such as an email address to receive updates about our services.
When you upload content such as videos, photos and audio for use within the services, we collect that content within your account so that you may access it.
We use payment processors such as PayPal to process your online payments.

We also use your information to ensure our services are working as intended, such as tracking outages or troubleshooting issues that you report to us. And we use your information to

YOUR PRIVACY CONTROLS
Accessing or rectifying your personal data
If you have registered an account on AnswerStage, we provide you with tools and account settings to access, correct, delete, or modify the personal data you provided to us and that is associated
with your account.
Portability
AnswerStage provides you a means to download the videos you have shared through our services by following the steps in the “Gallery” mode of the app.
Erasure
You have the right to obtain from AnswerStage the erasure of Personal Data concerning you.
At any time, you may delete your Account and uninstall the App. You may also request that AnswerStage erases the Personal Data that concerns you.
Any request for the erasure of Personal Data must be made in writing and provide sufficient detail to identify the Personal Data and the erasure being sought.
AnswerStage will respond to all requests for erasure within a reasonable amount of time or provide written notice of an extension where additional time is required to fulfill the request.
In the event that you delete your Account and the App or request erasure of your Personal Data, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to remove your
Personal Data from our files, however, we may no be able to delete some of your Personal Data to the extent that such Personal Data is still necessary in relation to the purposes
for which they were collected, or in relation to a legal obligation of AnswerStage and we may also retain, use, and share your Anonymized Data that we previously collected prior to
your deletion of your Account.
Withdraw consent (when processing is based on consent)
As mentioned above, when AnswerStage is relying on consent as the lawful basis for processing your Personal Data, you may remove such consent at any time, example of this include:
For emails, you may click on the “Unsubscribe” link in the email.
For push notifications, you can only change the setting on your mobile device when you use the AnswerStage mobile app.
For Cookies on the Site, you can follow your browser’s instructions.
Please note that changing your consent will change our use of your Personal Data as part of the Services which may result in a change in your experience.

The app and Services may contain integrations with third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by AnswerStage.

by connecting your account. In the event of such links or integrations, your use of these third-party services will be governed by their applicable Privacy Policies and Terms of Service.
Be aware that we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our Site and to read the privacy statements of

EFFECT OF SALE OF BUSINESS
Information about our clients and registrants, including Personal Information, may be disclosed as part of any merger, acquisition,
or sale of AnswerStage and / or its assets, as well as in the unlikely event of insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership, in which case the Personal Information
would be transferred as one of the business assets of the company.
